The primary purpose of a Workday HRIS Analyst is to ensure that the organization's HR processes and technology align effectively to support its workforce management needs. This HRIS Analyst will provide expertise and skills to set up, configure and maintain business processes and data aligned to Core HCM and Recruiting across the organizational landscape. Essential Functions: - System Configuration: Configure and maintain Core HCM and Recruiting per Business Partner needs. Provide guidance and configuration expertise on the following Workday modules: - Core HCM: Oversee the underlying structure and configuration of the system as it relates to business processes, workflows, logic, organizational structure, and data. - Recruiting: Oversee the configuration of the recruiting life cycle from job application to hire business process. Extensive knowledge around external career site upkeep, job application questionnaires, Workday documents for offer letters, background check package maintenance, and business process maintenance of all recruiting workflows. - Issue and ticket Resolution: Investigate and resolve discrepancies, errors, and escalated employee inquiries within a respective module in a timely manner. - Testing and Upgrades: Partner with HR Operations and HRIT to participate in system testing and upgrades to ensure HCM & Recruiting modules are functioning correctly and efficiently. Understand future Workday releases (R1 and R2) and demo to stakeholder groups for discussion / application. - Training and Support: Partner to train end-users and stakeholders on how to use different functionality within the modules effectively. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance. - Process Optimization: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and improve module processes. Propose and implement enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
