Overview The Project Manager plays a critical role in our organization by leading and overseeing the successful planning, execution, and completion of various projects. This position involves managing project teams, resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate is a strong leader, a skilled communicator, and a results-driven professional. This role can be remote anywhere in the country. The salary range for this role is $115,000 to $154,000, plus an annual bonus. However Lakeview considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the roles and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, location and key skills. Responsibilities - Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; develop a comprehensive project plan, including a detailed schedule, resource allocation, and budget. - Build and lead project teams, including internal staff and external contractors; assign tasks and responsibilities to team members; provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle. - Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control; allocate resources efficiently to meet project requirements. - Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies; proactively address issues that may impact project success. - Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders; maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback. - Ensure that project deliverables meet established quality standards; conduct quality reviews, audits, and testing as necessary. - Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed; ensure project timelines are met and that critical milestones are achieved. - Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes; generate regular progress reports and updates for project stakeholders. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Project Management). - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in project management software. - Thorough understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). - Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Knowledge and Skills Required: - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Self-starter with strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Certifications - PMP certification preferred. Location & Compensation - Base compensation is expected to be $115k-$154k with the opportunity for incentive compensation including bonus compensation. - Role can be 100% fully remote depending on geographic location.
