Resolution Coordinator

Role Description The Resolution Coordinator is responsible for managing, investigating, and resolving customer, client, or internal issues in a timely and professional manner. This role serves as a critical liaison between stakeholders, ensuring that concerns are addressed efficiently while maintaining high standards of service and compliance. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical ability, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering effective resolutions that enhance customer satisfaction and organizational integrity. - Receive, document, and assess incoming complaints, disputes, or service issues - Conduct thorough investigations by gathering relevant data, records, and stakeholder input - Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate timely and accurate resolutions - Communicate findings and outcomes clearly to customers or stakeholders - Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards - Track and manage cases through to completion using internal systems - Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements - Maintain detailed and accurate case documentation for reporting and auditing purposes - Meet or exceed established resolution timelines and performance metrics Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred - 2 to 5 years of experience in customer service, dispute resolution, case management, or a related role - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities - High attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously - Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills Requirements - Annual Salary Range: $55,000 to $75,000 USD, depending on experience and location - Performance-based bonuses may be available Benefits - Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) retirement plan with company match - Paid time off including vacation, sick leave, and holidays - Remote or hybrid work options depending on company policy - Employee wellness programs - Professional development and training opportunities - Life and disability insurance coverage Work Environment This role may be performed in a remote, based setting within the United States, depending on organizational needs.
