Our consulting team is focused on supporting Emerging BioPharma clients with their commercial analytics and launch readiness needs across therapeutic areas. Job Description: The Principal will play a critical role in our team's continued growth and expansion. Some of the key responsibilities for the qualified candidate will include: - Leverage pre-existing relationships and network to Identify, establish, and expand business engagements - Act as an ambassador to the organization, in contributing to the enhanced awareness of 159 Solutions & IQVIA through speaking engagements, white papers, and company presentations - Interface with leaders within IQVIA's Emerging BioPharma team to further drive growth within the Emerging BioPharma segment - Serve as the primary owner of client engagements to ensure deliverable quality, client satisfaction, and project management (scope, revenue, and profitability) - Provide subject matter expertise and thought partnership to clients in establishing credibility and adding value to stakeholders - Support business development opportunities and drive proposal and RFP processes with new clients - Take an active role in internal initiatives and be an active member of the leadership team in supporting administrative, operational, and strategic business needs - Mentor, coach, and develop team members for continued growth and success within the organization - Ensure effective and efficient collaboration and communication between onshore and offshore team members - Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate complex analyses into relevant and actionable client insights and deliverables - Act as a role model and represent 159 and IQVIAs values in establishing a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and innovation - Assist in the 159 Solutions & Emerging Biopharma Solutions recruitment efforts Qualifications: - Degree in engineering, statistics, math, economics or other quantitative fields; Masters / MBA preferred - Minimum Experience Requirement: 8-10 years of experience in management consulting, data analytics or similar roles in biopharma required. - Track record of selling, managing, and delivering client projects - Experience in hiring and building delivery teams - Demonstrated experience and success in coaching and guiding teams through projects of significant size and scope - Solid understanding of healthcare data, analytical methods, and Commercial practice areas in biopharma - Strong analytical and presentations skills with expectation to act as an adviser and thought partner to clients - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills - Independent and proactive with strong professional maturity to make the right decisions for clients and team members Please Note: This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days per week onsite in our Boston, New York, or San Mateo offices.
