Role Description We are seeking a Senior Tax Manager who can step into a high-impact leadership role. This hire will serve as the owner’s right hand—taking over the bulk of the tax work so the firm can continue scaling toward its projected growth of 20–30 team members within the next five years. You will lead the tax function, mentor junior staff, review complex returns, and help build the infrastructure for the firm’s next stage of growth.
