Role Description The HRIS & Reporting Specialist serves as the functional owner and subject matter expert for the organization’s Workday platform, responsible for HR system configuration, reporting, data governance, and ongoing system optimization. Reporting to the Global HR Operations & Services Leader, the position partners closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, and Corporate IT to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions. While Corporate IT manages technical integrations and infrastructure, this role oversees functional configuration, security setup, reporting development, testing coordination, and continuous system enhancements within HR. The ideal candidate brings strong Workday expertise, solid knowledge of HR processes, and a structured, governance-focused approach to HRIS administration.
