• Engage in requirements gathering, analyze business processes, and provide recommendations and solutions to clients • Lead architecture and design new IAM solutions • Lead capacity planning, logical and physical architecture design, hardware requirements definition, availability and continuity discussions • Lead IAM technology assessments and health checks • Assist in communicating IAM program strategy and success to executive management • Installation, Integration, Configuration, and Deployment of IAM solutions • Develop and perform testing for IAM solutions • Provide knowledge transfer, training, and support as necessary • Maintain multiple environments following coding best practices and SDLC • Troubleshoot and maintain IAM solutions including product support • Remain current on IAM and IAM market trends, tools, methodologies, and best practices • Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with IAM implementation/architecture, security consulting/administration
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in an IT-related field IAM Technology-specific, training/certification
- CISSP certification is a plus
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with the following IAM components: Identity Governance & Administration Access, Management SSO, Federation Privileged Access Management, Enterprise Directories
- Experience in Java, C#, or similar object-oriented programming

• Building joint solutions with ISV and platform partners to enhance the experience for researchers, bioinformatics engineers, and model developers. • Immersing yourself in CUDA-X libraries and NVIDIA AI, becoming an expert in the SDKs, services, and workflows that constitute it. • Developing proof-of-concepts and technical reference examples, contributing to community tools with ISV, CSP, and NCP partners. • Leading technical platform integration roadmaps, while jumping in to solve technical issues as partners integrate with NVIDIA Digital Biology Solutions. • Working closely with NVIDIA product managers and engineering leads to refine and expand NVIDIA solutions. • Document what you know and guide others. • Design and implement IAM solutions tailored to meet the specific needs and requirements of our organization. • Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, IT operations, and application development, to integrate IAM solutions into existing systems and workflows. • Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies. • Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in IAM and cybersecurity to continually enhance our organization's security posture. • Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on IAM-related matters, including access control, authentication, authorization, and identity governance. • Participate in the evaluation and selection of IAM tools and technologies, considering factors such as scalability, interoperability, and cost-effectiveness. • Lead IAM implementation projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. • Serve as a subject matter expert on IAM-related topics, representing the organization in industry forums, conferences, and working groups. • Other duties as assigned.
• Support the development and drive solutions for organizational goals • Conduct research and provide documentation for design components • Create and present design recommendations applying architecture standards
• Own the end-to-end architecture of Netcracker BSS/OSS solutions across multiple modules • Define solution architecture, system landscape, and integration patterns • Lead design decisions for Netcracker components including Billing, CRM, Order Management, Product Catalog, and Mediation • Ensure alignment between business requirements, technical design, and Netcracker product capabilities • Design and govern system integrations (APIs, middleware, event-based architectures) • Define and enforce non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, availability, security) • Act as the technical authority for Netcracker across delivery teams • Review and approve solution designs, configurations, and customizations • Partner with enterprise architects, client IT leadership, and Netcracker product teams • Support complex troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production issues • Mentor consultants and technical leads; establish best practices and standards
