• Serve as the Sr. Project Manager for infrastructure modernization at OCONUS Army locations in the Pacific and Southwest Asia • Supervises the work of project teams, vendors, and/or subcontractors • Provide program management support • Responsible for the overall success of planning and implementing complex modernization projects that meet or exceed customer needs • Develop and utilize project plans and schedules to manage and report against customer TDL requirement • Lead infrastructure modernization engineering / installation efforts in multiple locations simultaneously • Manage installation teams consisting of Engineers, Technicians and Sub-Contractor labor • Plan, coordinate and lead customer meetings • Develop and present appropriate presentation materials for customer meetings • Create, review, track and deliver contract deliverables as required by the PWS / SOW • Develop and Implement process improvements to increase work efficiency, product quality and overall customer satisfaction • Serve as a customer interface to report project progress and address any issues or concerns • Facilitate the compiling and analysis of lessons learned to develop continuous process improvement

• Own client relationships, acting as the main point of contact. • Help clients shape their product vision, validate assumptions, and recommend technology solutions based on business goals. • Develop and implement technology strategies for clients. • Define project scope, budgets, and timelines. • Lead and manage software development projects from inception to delivery. • Conduct gap and risk analysis to identify potential project challenges. • Ensure that technical feasibility, business value, and client constraints are balanced effectively. • Create and manage detailed project tasks and technical documentation. • Facilitate project meetings with both internal teams and clients. • Ensure team alignment with delegated tasks and project goals. • Track project financials to ensure profitability and resource efficiency. • Develop mitigation plans for risks and ensure early resolution of project roadblocks. • Support business development efforts by contributing to project scoping and proposals. • Foster long-term client relationships, ensuring continued engagement beyond project completion.

• Drive high-impact healthcare delivery by leading complex patient monitoring, therapeutic care, IT, and capital equipment implementations across the care continuum at Philips Connected Care • Coordinate, lead, and motivate cross-functional internal and external Sales, Clinical, and Technical teams in partnership with hospital-assigned project managers and key stakeholders • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans using Philips Project Management methodology and tools • Create and maintain detailed work breakdown structures (WBS) to define scope, deliverables, and execution timelines • Lead change, risk, communication, stakeholder, and resource management planning to ensure project alignment and issue mitigation • Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with the statement of work, driving successful implementation and a positive customer experience.
