• Resolve complex user cases end‑to‑end • Contact providers and insurers to verify coverage and correct issues • Advocate for the user by pushing cases forward with persistence • Maintain high-quality case notes

• Provide remote counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and groups. • Collaborate with clients to identify concerns, define counseling goals, and develop actionable treatment plans. • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with all state, federal, and company policies (i.e., HIPAA). • Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, meetings, and training opportunities. • Integrate Christian faith and psychological best practices in therapy as appropriate. • Refer clients to other resources or specialists as needed. • Engage in occasional community outreach or ministry initiatives relevant to Light Counseling’s mission. • Provide clinical supervision or mentorship to interns and residents (if qualified). • Perform other duties as assigned.

• Complete record searches • Conduct face-to-face interviews to elicit information about applicants • Obtain factual information from personal and record sources to produce a report of investigation

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings • Support travel-related requests through coordination and follow-up • Organise and manage task details to support timelines and accuracy • Maintain records, track progress, and provide consistent service support • Collaborate with internal team members and external partners as needed
