Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in patient/healthcare advocacy, medical billing, or health insurance
- Comfortable working directly with provider offices, health insurers and debt collection groups
- Knowledge of HIPAA and PHI handling
- Communication skills, especially when delivering hard news or complex explanations
- Flexible schedule to work 40 hours between 7am - 8pm EST, 7 days/week

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings • Support travel-related requests through coordination and follow-up • Organise and manage task details to support timelines and accuracy • Maintain records, track progress, and provide consistent service support • Collaborate with internal team members and external partners as needed
• Act as Ministry Representative and lead construction contract administration on assigned projects • Oversee contractor performance, ensuring compliance with contract documents, specifications, safety, quality, and environmental requirements • Plan, coordinate, and supervise day labour construction forces, including hiring labour, equipment, and materials • Manage project budgets, including estimating, tracking, forecasting costs, and certifying quantities for payment • Chair and document preconstruction and construction meetings and prepare regular project status and expenditure reports • Resolve or assist in resolving construction claims, disputes, and contentious issues in collaboration with project managers and clients • Ensure quality management systems are implemented, including quality control, quality assurance, and auditing activities • Direct and mentor field staff and consultants, fostering a collaborative and safety-focused team environment • Maintain accurate project documentation, diaries, records, and as-built/red-line drawings • Understand and comply with the Binnie Safety Program and all applicable safety policies, procedures, and regulations
