Engineered Materials Solutions is seeking a results-driven New Business Development Manager for the MidWest Region to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and expanding our market presence. Your ability to think creatively and negotiate effectively will help us secure vital partnerships and win new clients. This is a work-from-home role. Position Summary: Functions as a key member of the commercial development team for the company. Generates new business leads, closes opportunities and functions as the primary customer interface. Provides input on technical development for EMS products.Responsibilities: - Applies proactive methodology to increase sales by enhancing market share, developing new customers, and helping to conceive/introduce new, innovative products and applications - Serves as outside liaison for EMS customers and Wickeder Group. - Performs market research for new products to identify sales opportunities for EMS and Wickeder Group. - Functions as the primary interface between the customer and EMS to successfully close new business. - Develop and recommend business strategies to include products, pricing and distribution. - Execute agreed upon marketing plan coordinating all corporate activities involved in the plan. - Recommends and participates in targeted exhibitions and trade shows. - Updates management on a weekly basis with call reports and timely follow-up. - Make monthly, quarterly, annual and three-year projections of product demand. - Maintains regular communications both inside and outside the organization including executives, Value Stream managers, customer service reps, product engineers, product managers, purchasing/financial, manufacturer’s reps, distributors, administrative support, and industry contacts. - Perform other sales related duties as assigned. - Coordinate and otherwise assist with the services of the company’s technical staff to determine customers’ needs and preparation of samples as needed. - Evaluate product, applications and service marketability in terms of customers’ technical needs. KEY MEASURES: - Value Added Sales (unit and dollar) on new business vs. plan - Number of bona fide RFQ’s (monthly) - Number of leads generated (monthly) - Samples - Achievement of annually established personal objectives Education and Experience: - B.S. in Engineering, Metallurgy or related degree. - Ten (10) years of business development experience with demonstrable record of success. - Experience in the metals industry - High energy level; a proactive self- starter motivated by superior achievement standards. - Ability to quickly develop a detailed knowledge of internal production operations, customers’ production operations, and competitive landscape. - Ability to think outside the box, pursuing application areas beyond the traditional focus for company’s products and applying creativity to that process. - Ability to meet agreed-upon quarterly objectives. - Ability to work well with others in the organization. - Familiarity with CRM software tools - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to be persuasive in presentations. - Experience in the metal industry domestically & globally. Physical Demands: - Ability to travel extensively (50-75%).

Role Description Reporting to the Head of Business Development on the Business Development team, the Partner Specialist is a key operational driver within iSpot’s integration pipeline. This role is highly administrative and project-driven, specifically focused on managing a high volume of deliverables and documentation during both Proof of Concept (POC) and Implementation phases. You are responsible for ensuring that concurrent workstreams move from “scoping” to “active” without any loss of momentum. Key Responsibilities - POC Deliverable Management: Serve as the primary tracker for all items owed to and from partners during the POC phase. You will manage a high volume of deliverables, ensuring every item is accounted for and delivered on time. - Operational Command: Maintain the "master source of truth" for all active integrations. You will run the administrative engine of the partnership, ensuring that meeting notes are translated into immediate tasks and that every stakeholder knows exactly what they owe next. - Tactical Project Coordination: Act as the daily connective tissue between iSpot’s Product/Engineering teams and the partner’s technical staff. You will proactively follow up on outstanding hurdles to ensure the "next step" is always identified and assigned. - Documentation & Audit: Create and maintain standardized "Integration Folders" for every partner. You will be responsible for the accuracy of partner-facing onboarding materials and internal enablement resources. - Sales & Success Support: Ensure that once a POC is successful, all documentation is handed off seamlessly to the Enablement team to support a full market launch.
