Role Description As Senior Director of Corporate Partnerships, you will: - Own and grow a corporate revenue pipeline. - Proactively source, qualify, cultivate, and close new corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and multi-year agreements. Maintain rigorous pipeline discipline in Salesforce, with clear visibility into prospects, timelines, and revenue projections at every stage. - Deepen and steward existing partnerships. - Bring a high level of intentionality to every corporate relationship, developing tailored engagement strategies, identifying opportunities to add value, and ensuring partners experience Crisis Text Line as a creative, attentive, and mission-driven collaborator. - Develop and pitch innovative partnership models. - Work closely with internal teams to shape new offerings that go beyond traditional CSR, including fee-for-service arrangements, data and insights products, employer-focused mental health solutions, platform integrations, and licensing opportunities. - Drive accountability across the corporate portfolio. - Establish clear engagement strategies, deliverables, and check-in processes for every account. Build reporting structures that give leadership real-time visibility into pipeline health, revenue forecasts, and partnership milestones. - Collaborate across the organization. - Partner closely with Marketing, Research and Impact, Product, Legal, and Finance teams to design and execute partnerships that are innovative, compliant, and mutually beneficial. Leverage Crisis Text Line’s data and insights capabilities as a key differentiator in every external conversation. - Represent Crisis Text Line externally. - Serve as a visible, credible ambassador for the organization at conferences, events, and meetings with senior corporate decision-makers. Expand Crisis Text Line’s brand presence among companies with the reach, resources, and values to become long-term partners.
