• Manage and optimize Medicare prior authorization and appeals processes • Ensure compliance with CMS guidelines while overseeing a dynamic team • Create and maintain policies, procedures, and job aids • Manage contracts with regulatory vendors • Oversee member and provider communications • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support clinical operations • Drive team performance, provide training, and ensure adherence to compliance standards • Participate in goal setting and evaluate team performance • Generate and deliver reports on prior authorization

• Manage and maintain a compliant Document Control System (Veeva) • Responsible for supporting and overseeing Document Control including managing change control process for documents used in GxP operations (including manufacturing, clinical and product quality related documents) and archiving activities. • Responsible for the Spyre’s training program, including reporting of non-compliance, reviewing curricula for appropriateness for each function and reporting monthly metrics. • Manage the processing of QMS items for Change Control, Deviations and CAPAs • Generate Quality System metrics as per established timelines and assist in generating data for Quality Management Reviews. • Work with document authors and reviewers to process documents. • Oversee periodic document review process to ensure compliance with established review schedules. • Onboarding/Offboarding employees and assigning training. • Train and mentor users on the use of eQMS, process and procedures. • Support Spyre functional groups as needed. • Other duties as assigned

• Serve as the senior marketing lead for top-tier clients, driving strategic direction, performance outcomes, and client satisfaction across Amazon and marketplace platforms. • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that balance short-term ROI with long-term brand growth, leveraging insights to optimize spend and impact. • Lead high-level client engagements, including growth discussions, business reviews, and new business pitches, while identifying opportunities for expansion. • Mentor and develop a high-performing team of ad managers and specialists, fostering collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence. • Partner cross-functionally with business development, creative, and strategy teams to strengthen processes, elevate marketing standards, and stay ahead of market trends.

• Oversee partnerships with licensing and credentialing vendors. • Maintain Collaborative Practice Agreements (CPAs) and supervisory documentation. • Support practice growth through hiring and regulatory strategies. • Implement a clinical Quality Assurance (QA) program by adapting established models. • Plan the practice-wide CEU program and organize annual practice-wide training.
