Job DetailsJob Location: Lawrence, PA 15055Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $27.00 - $32.00 HourlyThe Replenishment Analyst’s responsibility is to work as a member of their Industrial Supply Team, providing inventory insights and excellent service to our customers to maximize growth and ensure customer retention. All job functions and responsibilities should be met and completed while observing the principles stated in our Stellar mission statement while aligning with company culture and values. *This is a fully remote position. There is no requirement to report into a physical facility, but you are encouraged to do so on occasion to meet with fellow team members in the general Pittsburgh area. To be eligible for this position you must be able to work in the Central/Eastern Time zone. Primary responsibilities and expectations: More specifically, it is the responsibility of the Replenishment Analyst to: Take action as the vital point of contact for new and existing customers in replenishment and ordering efforts across multiple categories. Accurately and efficiently analyze product usage reports to manage inventory levels according to service level expectations and place orders accordingly. Address all customers and suppliers in a professional, courteous manner with a positive attitude and active listening to ensure a positive Stellar Customer Experience. Analyze our distribution center inventory levels for products pertaining to end users across the company and provide actionable insights. Ensure that our customers receive the correct product at the correct price within the timeframe outlined by proactively resolving issues within the supply chain. Follow established processes to ensure quality Stellar Customer Experience results. Understand Stellar-Supplier partnerships and how to best engage with them to ensure exceptional customer service to our customers. Work, communicate, and collaborate effectively as part of your Industrial Supply Team and all internal stakeholders, including Sourcing, Commercial, Accounts Payable and Site Support counterparts. Engage in continual learning of all Stellar service and product offerings by attending scheduled training sessions and self-guided research. Participate in team and company projects to drive Stellar efficiency gains. Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
