• Collaborate with IT and Client Services teams to gather and document system enhancement requests. • Assist in writing clear and concise business requirements and documenting them. • Help analyze current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and translate business needs into action with support from our Strategic Operations Business Analyst. • Support the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Assist in generating and analyzing reports using Excel, Salesforce, and Sigma to support team goals. • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new system features and enhancements. • Process administrative work including running skip traces and sending SMS blasts. • Help develop and update training materials and assist with user training when needed. • Provide general project support, including maintaining project timelines and tracking progress, and perform other administrative and analytical tasks as assigned.
