• Be a subject matter expert in the Workday Student Financials workstream • Execute the day-to-day activities on Workday Student implementations for customers including process design, demonstrate configurations through the development of prototypes, conversion, testing, and project reviews with customers • Assist the customer team to help convert legacy data into Workday • Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions • Help mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model • Collaborate effectively and synergistically to team-based projects • Ensure customers understand and take advantage of Alchemy and Workday best practices • Help ensure customers remain referenceable • Support Alchemy post-production services customers through defect resolution • Partner with Engagement Managers to ensure alignment across project plans and allocated budgets • Strive to innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively • Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications

• Lead the Record to Report Workday Financials pillar and associated specialties: Financial Accounting, FDM, and Budgets • On deployments: gather customer business requirements, design and configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems, assist in testing the Workday solution, and complete knowledge transfer to customers • Develop compelling tenant solutions that demonstrate the value of Workday's Financials product suite with the ability to speak cross-functionally to Workday HCM and Workday Payroll • Provide end-to-end solution and design details during the sales process • Support the proposal process, which may include providing quality assurance for respective service areas through delivery of the project • Accurately estimate effort and resources required to complete projects • Promote best practice knowledge sharing across practices • Stay up to date with current and projected industry trends • Mentor and guide junior colleagues • Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications
