About the Role As an Associate Client Care Lead, you will take a compassionate, proactive approach to engaging expectant parents, guiding them seamlessly through the onboarding process and supporting ongoing care delivery. Key Responsibilities - Own Client lead pipeline: Help contribute to the growth of Partum by engaging inbound prospective customer leads, delivering responsive and proactive outreach with the goal of enrolling customers in Partum's Care - Drive the client intake process: Own the onboarding journey for each client, fostering strong relationships with clients and providers in order to exceed ambitious targets for connecting families with maternal health services. - Engage and nurture prospective clients: Proactively connect with expectant parents through phone and video calls, texts, and messages. - Develop patient care plans: Support families by providing information on Partum's services and work collaboratively with them to outline goals and translated family objectives for health into care plans that Partum can implement via our multi-specialty model. - Manage end-to-end doula contracting: Oversee the full contracting process, from initial contact to securing agreements, while providing ongoing account management to ensure a seamless experience and supporting doulas as they deliver care. - Provide exceptional client support: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, responding promptly and compassionately to inquiries from patients, families, and providers. - Coordinate and schedule clinical appointments: Efficiently book and manage appointments, ensuring timely access to maternal health services. - Respond to inbound phone calls: Manage patient enrollment via inbound phone calls. - Maintain accurate and confidential client records: Ensure meticulous documentation of patient information, consent forms, and financial details while upholding strict data privacy and compliance standards. - Champion the mission of Partum Health: Maintain a deep understanding of our services and effectively communicate our vision to prospective clients, emphasizing our commitment to improving outcomes for the whole family. - Adapt to evolving needs: Partum Health is a rapidly evolving startup in this context, embrace organizational changes and process improvements to better serve clients and providers in a dynamic healthcare environment. - Support occasional weekend call needs: Participate in weekend "on call" schedule to support after hours request from clients and doulas; on call include monitoring phones from 6-10pm CST on weekends and occurs approximately once every 5-7 weeks. Qualifications - Four year university degree required - At least 1-2+ years of experience in a client-facing role required, such as sales, customer success, account management, ideally in a high-growth healthcare environment - Proven track record of exceeding performance targets, particularly in client admissions or sales-related roles. - At least 1 year of CRM experience required - Proficiency in multitasking and operating in a fast-paced environment - Ability to navigate occasional moderate levels stress - Multilingual, Spanish-speaking candidates encouraged to apply Location & Schedule - Location: Fully remote, US-based. - Anticipated Schedule (subject to modification): Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm CT + occasional weekend on call support occurring once every 5-7 weeks Compensation & Benefits - The total target base compensation for this role will be $65,000 per year at the commencement of employment. - Partum Health is pleased to offer comprehensive benefits to all full-time employees.
