Description Pre-Assessment Screening & Resident Review (PASRR) Schedule: Flexible Hours | asking 10hours/week | Remote (must live in Utah) Compensation: - Enjoy the flexibility to set your own workload. Independent contractors are compensated per evaluation completed, with rates based on the type of evaluation performed. What We’re Looking For The ideal therapist is a dedicated, compassionate, and empathetic professional with a genuine passion for supporting individuals during challenging times. This role requires strong listening and communication skills, effective interpersonal abilities, and a commitment to reducing the stigma surrounding mental health. The therapist should be comfortable working collaboratively with a supportive team to provide quality care. Essential Functions The PASRR Therapist will perform assigned in-person Level II assessments for residents of nursing facilities who have a diagnosis of serious mental illness (SMI). The therapist will engage positively with individuals while building trust and rapport throughout the assessment process. Responsibilities include completing assessments within specified timeframe requirements for each assignment to ensure state guidelines are met, documenting findings, and utilizing appropriate clinical knowledge when conducting evaluations.
