The therapist should be comfortable working collaboratively with a supportive team to provide quality care. - The Therapist II (CMHC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC) is a fully licensed clinician that conducts mental health assessments. - Develops individualized care plans. - Delivers evidence-based psychotherapy interventions. - Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and community partners to prioritize client care and achieve treatment objectives. - Ensures compliance with ethical standards. - Participates in professional development. - Maintains timely documentation. Qualifications - Master's degree or higher in Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited University/College. - Active DOPL license in Utah. - Must live in Utah. Requirements - Flexible Hours | 15 hours/week | Remote (must live in Utah). - Compensation: $53/per reimbursed hour or session provided.

Independent contractors are compensated per evaluation completed, with rates based on the type of evaluation performed. The therapist should be comfortable working collaboratively with a supportive team to provide quality care. Essential Functions The PASRR Therapist will perform assigned in-person Level II assessments for residents of nursing facilities who have a diagnosis of serious mental illness (SMI). The therapist will engage positively with individuals while building trust and rapport throughout the assessment process. Responsibilities include completing assessments within specified timeframe requirements for each assignment to ensure state guidelines are met, documenting findings, and utilizing appropriate clinical knowledge when conducting evaluations.
