• Identify market potential to increase sales and market share. • Meet or exceed annual sales and contribution margin goals. • Increase consumer awareness and order demand through marketing, advertising, networking, education and lead generation activities. • Maintain a Dealer and Distributor base by driving performance, accountability and constant recruitment of new customers as needed • Provide leadership and coaching to dealers and distributors to increase sales and lead generation activities. • Develop a network of strategic trade allies and market influencers in support of market development activities. • Create and report sales forecast and territory need utilizing a CRM platform. • Evaluate dealer and distributor performance and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- 3 years technical sales experience with proven sales growth track record.
- Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
- BA/BS in technical or business-related field of study, or equivalent experience.
- Able to travel 75% of the time.
