• Lead finance transformation in an international organisation • Redesign key processes, drive automation and AI adoption, and help shape the future of finance across the business • Conduct a thorough analysis of existing processes to identify chaos points, manual handling, and bottlenecks • Engage stakeholders across departments to understand their challenges and gather insights on inefficiencies • Develop and implement clear, simple, and scalable finance processes that enhance operational efficiency • Lead the overhaul of the AR and collections processes to improve cash flow and minimize overdue accounts • Implement clear procurement and AP processes through standardisation, improved controls, and streamlines approval workflows • Lead transformation programs of varying scale, ensuring cross-functional stakeholder alignment, governance, and smooth change • Lead the migration of outsourced finance functions to an in-house team • Set up group consolidation in Netsuite, ensuring data integrity • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the success of implemented processes • Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on progress and improvements

• Perform month-end billing activities, including revenue calculation and client invoicing, ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial data • Support primary document workflow (contracts, invoices, bank statements, etc) • Coordinate with external accounting providers, including document flow, verification of reports, and ongoing communication • Participate in budgeting and financial planning processes • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and investigate key drivers of financial results • Identify opportunities and participate in finance automation initiatives and implementation of new tools • Develop and document internal procedures and interaction guidelines.

• Act as finance lead and SME for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations deployment • Support ERP implementation phases including UAT, configuration validation, and go-live readiness • Ensure accounting logic, chart of accounts, and reporting structures are correctly embedded • Partner with IT to improve financial reporting, data integrity, and system usability • Own and maintain the general ledger across multiple entities and company codes • Post and review key accounting entries (revenue, COGS, accruals, intercompany, prepayments) under IFRS • Ensure accurate multi-entity and multi-currency accounting treatment • Support and improve the global month-end close process, reducing timelines and errors • Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data across all entities • Maintain supporting schedules and ensure audit-ready documentation • Review and validate work from external accounting providers across jurisdictions • Ensure consistency in accounting treatment and identify discrepancies • Gradually transition outsourced accounting (starting with Switzerland) in-house • Improve accounting workflows, controls, and reconciliation processes • Build scalable processes suitable for a growing multi-entity organisation • Contribute to the evolution of Axmed’s global finance operating model

• Lead discovery meetings to understand clients’ current business processes • Identify systems fits and gaps against user business requirements • Develop and deliver presentations to customers by outlining findings and recommendations to guide the implementation of the identified solution • Create detailed functional design documents for processes not supported by standard D365 F&SCM • Provide training and support for end users to ensure smooth adoption • Support post go-live activities to prepare operations team for ongoing support • Maintain and expand client relationships through delivery of high-quality services • Stay curious and lead adoption of the latest D365 Finance features and enhancements including Microsoft Co-Pilot, AI and D365 Agentification
