Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. - 5+ years of digital marketing experience (automotive experience a plus). - Expertise in PPC, SEO, social media marketing, and analytics. - Google Ads certification. - Proficiency with AdWords Editor, Facebook Ad Center, Microsoft Excel, and Word. - Strong analytical skills to turn insights into results. - Creative thinking and innovation in digital marketing offerings. Requirements - Lead and manage the digital marketing team, providing guidance, support, and strategic direction to ensure success across all campaigns. - Conduct regular development meetings with team members to foster growth, align goals, and enhance overall performance. - Craft and execute winning strategies across digital channels (Google Ads, Meta, email marketing, SEO, etc.) to boost client leads, conversions, and revenue. - Manage and optimize daily budgets for SEM/PPC campaigns on platforms like Google and Facebook, maximizing ROI through bid adjustments, ad copy testing, and strategic refinements. - Provide data-driven insights using tools like Google Analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities. - Collaborate with teams on landing page creation and optimization to enhance user experience and conversions. - Lead client calls, delivering actionable insights and on-the-spot analysis. - Stay ahead of the curve by adopting and experimenting with the latest digital marketing tools and trends. - This role is primarily remote, but will require you to come into the office one time per month for a company-wide meeting. Job Requirements

Role Description This role is dynamic and plays a key part in enhancing HJGT's social media presence while creating engaging content for fans and participants. You will work alongside the in-person operations intern team and capture content from all perspectives: the players, the parents, and the interns. Responsibilities - Content Creation: Edit and produce high-quality multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and photos, tailored for social media engagement. - Social Media Management: Develop and schedule daily posts across all HJGT social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) to maintain an active online presence. - Creative Storytelling: Create engaging stories, reels, and posts that reflect the HJGT brand, highlight event moments, and capture the attention of the audience. - Trend Analysis: Monitor trends on social media platforms and integrate relevant, timely content into the HJGT’s posts. - Live Event Coverage: Provide real-time social media updates during tournaments or events, including live streaming, behind-the-scenes footage, or live posting. - Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to ensure content aligns with HJGT’s marketing goals and branding guidelines. - Performance Analysis: Track the performance of posts and social media engagement metrics, suggesting improvements to optimize content reach and impact. - Audience Interaction: Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and interacting with community content related to HJGT. - Content Archiving: Organize and archive all footage, photos, and digital media files for easy access for future content creation.
