• Conduct quality inspections and audits from material receipt through commissioning. • Ensure compliance with IS/IEC standards for civil structures (foundations, erection, alignment) and electrical systems (cabling, earthing, testing). • Prepare, review, and maintain Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and quality status reports. • Lead or support CAPA processes to address quality deviations and prevent recurrence. • Perform regular site visits to monitor workmanship, material quality, and installation practices. • Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve quality issues and ensure timely resolution.

• Design, develop and execute functional test plans and test cases • Contribute to Acceptance Criteria and testing estimates • Collaborate and coordinate with external and internal stakeholders including Production, Engineering, Art, and/or UI/UX • Proactively maintain testing priorities across all deliverables • Report accurate defects with technical and visual reproduction steps and assist with defect triage as needed • Create, update, and provide test status and reports for daily builds, features, back-end systems, and other assigned areas up through and including product certification • Support cross-discipline team with Dev Support activities as needed: daily BVTs, technical troubleshooting, playtest coordination, regression testing as examples. • Ensure the game meets internal/external quality goals

• You will analyze business and functional requirements alongside technical specifications; • You will write test documentation; • You will create bug reports in the bug tracking system and ensure the fixed bugs verification; • You will provide updates to effort estimates and status of assigned tasks; • You will participate in daily project team meetings and brainstorming activities related to the project issues.

- Own test strategy, test documentation, and the creation of test plans and regression suites - Derive detailed test cases from user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and system architecture - Plan and execute functional, regression, exploratory, cross-browser, and mobile testing across the Portal, APIs, mobile app, and Teams/Zoom integrations - Test analytics-driven and data-driven features, including validation of AI/ML-generated outputs displayed in the UI - Use SQL to perform thorough data validation across relational datasets and backend workflows - Conduct API testing using Postman or Insomnia to verify request/response flows, payloads, and error handling - Manage and prepare test data to support repeatable, reliable validation scenarios - Log, triage, and track defects in Jira, reproduce issues accurately, verify fixes, and ensure closure - Perform accessibility testing using established practices and browser/mobile developer tools - Apply security testing heuristics (OWASP) and basic performance testing principles during assessments - Contribute to release readiness by providing clear risk assessments, coverage status, and validation updates - Collaborate closely with UK and offshore engineering and product teams in a hybrid Agile environment
