We are looking for a Call Center Representative to provide customer service by answering incoming calls and placing outbound calls resolving issues, and ensuring customers have a positive experience. Responsibilities: - Handling about 50 incoming calls per day or placing about 120 outbound calls per day - A bilingual representative fluent in English and Spanish - Active listening - Verbal and written communication - Professional phone voice and persona - Basic computer proficiency - Skilled typing - Adaptability - Understanding of phone etiquette - Experience or aptitude for call center operations - Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Bilingual in English and Spanish - At least one-year related experience required - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Remote; report to Fort Washington, PA office once per quarter for training. POSITION SUMMARY: The role of Patient Coordinator will be central to the success of the Renasight product line.
