Role Description It’s an exciting time to join MGAC! This position requires remote support, with approximately 2-3 times of travel per month subject to client needs. Preference for someone to live on the east coast close to a major metropolitan airport. MGAC’s Critical Environments team manages the construction of data centers and hospitals with deep industry expertise. We act as owner’s representatives—resolving issues, managing conflicts, and guiding informed decisions to keep projects on track. Project Leadership - Independently manage the full scope of projects while simultaneously managing components of others. - Mentor and lead teams while managing schedule, scope, and budget. - Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule and budget recovery planning. - Achieve and maintain the client’s vision as a trusted partner. Financial and Contract Management - Ensure timely invoicing and collection. - Identify and secure add-services opportunities. Salary Range $110,000 - $140,000 per year (commensurate with experience). • Lead end-to-end management of construction for large-scale EV charging infrastructure projects. • Oversee projects involving greenfield and brownfield development, building demolition or renovation. • Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, and change management processes throughout the project lifecycle. • Coordinate with engineering firms, contractors, vendors, and internal subject matter experts to support project development and execution. • Monitor project progress and communicate updates to leadership and stakeholders through regular reporting and project management meetings. • Identify and resolve risks or issues that could impact project timelines, cost, or quality. • Develop and maintain detailed construction budget forecasts and project schedules.
