Role Description As an Agile Project Manager, you will support the coordination and delivery of multiple Agile teams in a fast-growing product-driven environment. Your responsibilities will include: - Facilitating Agile ceremonies - Maintaining project visibility through documentation and board management - Ensuring smooth collaboration between Product Owners, Engineering, and QA teams - Improving team efficiency - Maintaining structured workflows - Enabling successful product delivery across multiple parallel initiatives Qualifications - 1–3 years of hands-on experience working as an Agile Project Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role within software development environments - Extensive experience with Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum ceremonies and team facilitation - Strong knowledge of Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery tracking - Experience with Agile project management tools including Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence - Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple teams simultaneously while maintaining organization and delivery focus - Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage parallel workflows and priorities effectively - Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to foster collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders - Experience working with distributed teams across different time zones - Ability to identify risks, remove blockers, and maintain delivery momentum in fast-paced environments - Strong servant-leadership mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach - Advanced English level Benefits - Salary in USD - 100% Remote from Home - 25 days of Paid Time Off per year - 8-hour workday, with flexible hours - Welcome kit from the brand - High-end hardware provided: laptop, mouse, & headphones - English classes, virtual library and online courses - Contribution bonuses
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience working as an Agile Project Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role within software development environments
