Position Description: Customer Service TechnicianThe Customer Service Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the reliability and performance of LayerZero’s Power Systems, Inc. This position involves hands-on service, technical support, and customer interaction, both on-site and remotely. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical troubleshooting skills, a commitment to safety, and a customer-first mindset.
