Location: Remote. We're seeking candidates in the Eastern or Central time zones, given we collaborate during East Coast hours. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business owners to clarify their requirements for the strategy, design, and implementation of digital solutions spanning content management, commerce, custom application development and related integrations such as DAM, CRM, CDP, PIM, etc. - Extract business rules from code to review with business users. - Explore the current system to decipher the intricate mapping of screens. - Develop and communicate a product vision and strategy aligned with business goals. - Partner with client Product Owners on product roadmap and backlog management. - Partner with business leads and SMEs to enhance systems and support operational changes, identifying business and technical gaps. - Document key business processes and workflows. - Prioritize features and tasks based on business priorities and user needs. - Prepare business requirements documents, use cases, and systems interaction diagrams, ensuring consistency in requirements and deliverables. - Facilitate alignment between end-user requirements and system capabilities. - Serve as the primary point of contact for the development team, clarifying business requirements, resolving issues, and making recommendations as needed. - Review and approve functional design deliverables to ensure business requirements are met. - Collaborate with development teams to understand the impact of architecture on business decisions. - Create detailed test cases using development specifications and analyze results; support user acceptance testing through test planning and execution of test scenarios and scripts. - Develop training documentation and deliver training as needed to ensure effective adoption and utilization of the solution. - Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing opportunities and challenges in a timely manner. - Collaborate with a top-tier team of strategists, business analysts, engineers, architects, creatives, and UX talent. - Enjoy challenges and seek growth with a rapidly evolving team. Qualifications - Minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst working with stakeholders, strategists, technical PMs, developers and architects on website enhancements or custom builds in an Agile. Consulting experience and Bachelor's degree preferred. - Experience running workshops, writing user stories to meet business requirements, mapping and analyzing data, and assisting with QA testing. - Experience working with headless/composable CMS/DXP platforms, Sitecore preferred. - Helpful skills include experience with other types of solutions (Custom App Dev, Customer Data Platforms, Digital Asset Management, etc.) - U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
