Senior Solution Engineer

• Own the technical pre-sales motion for assigned enterprise opportunities • Lead discovery workshops and deliver compelling product demonstrations • Design and deliver tailored solutions based on customer needs • Support customer proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pilots while managing timelines • Partner with Professional Services to shape implementation approach and scope

Job Requirements

  • 6+ years in Sales Engineering / Solutions Consulting / Pre-Sales for B2B SaaS
  • Strong demo craftsmanship: storytelling, objection handling, and ability to translate features into business value
  • Working knowledge of enterprise SaaS architecture concepts (multi-tenant SaaS, APIs, SSO/SAML/OIDC)
  • Experience with business applications in one or more of: IWMS, corporate real estate, facilities management, or public sector asset management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
