• Guidehouse is seeking an UiPath Developer to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) by designing and maintaining UiPath and other RPA automations the improve efficiency and data quality across revenue cycle workflows. • This role focuses on Revenue Cycle Modernization and Innovation (RCMI) process improvement and data analytics. • The ideal candidate combines advanced technical skills (UiPath, Power Automate) and experience in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM). • This analyst will play a critical role in supporting DHA leadership by developing RPA capabilities across MHS Data Systems, including across the Revenue Cycle workstreams. • This candidate will partner with RCMI SMEs to identify high-value use cases and maintain secure, auditable automations in productions. • Responsibilities of this role include: nDevelop unattended/attended UiPath automations with Orchestrator scheduling, credential management, and robust exception handling. • Produce professions PDDs, SDDs, test plans, and operational run-books; support change control and versioning. • Collaborate with revenue cycle SMEs to prioritize use cases and quantify benefits (throughput, cycle time, error rate). • Integrate automations with reporting/analytics (Power BI, Tableau) for operational monitoring and value tracking. • Sustain bots in production with monitoring, alerting, and continuous improvement. • Recommend and support implementation of standardized best practices. • Monitor and support the development of KPIs across Revenue Cycle Initiatives. • Serve as a liaison between Guidehouse, DHA, and MTF operational stakeholders. • Investigate and help resolve user-reported issues related to RPA projects across teams.

• Development of new features in the Angular frontend, including state management, i18n, and responsive UI. • Maintenance and optimization of existing modules (e.g., `booking`, `portal`, `settings`) and refactoring services such as `booking.service.ts`. • Implementation of map and geo features (GeoJSON/KMZ, markers/overlays, performance). • Designing and implementing PHP backends (Symfony framework) and REST APIs, integrating via OpenAPI/Swagger client. • Quality assurance: unit tests (Karma/Jasmine) and end-to-end tests (Cypress). • Performance and build optimizations (lazy loading, bundle size, image optimization, Tailwind/SCSS). • Maintenance of small PHP/WordPress integrations (plugin maintenance) and webhooks. • Collaboration with product/design, code reviews, and continuous improvement.

• Work directly with application teams on data architecture for their applications and services • Design and review data architectures and models, aligning data ownership with team domain boundaries • Review application code and architecture with focus on data access patterns and performance • Evaluate and recommend data storage technologies (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, document stores, warehouses) • Optimize database performance: query tuning, indexing, execution plan analysis, resource management • Guide technology selection based on read/write patterns, data volumes, and access patterns • Define data access patterns: APIs, ORMs, event-driven architectures, replication strategies • Establish data replication and syndication strategies (CDC, event streaming, batch processing) • Guide data architecture for ML/LLM applications (vector databases, embeddings, RAG patterns) • Lead zero-downtime data migrations and infrastructure modernization • Hands-on troubleshooting and optimization of critical data systems • Establish data quality, monitoring, and observability standards • Lead knowledge sharing through workshops, documentation, and office hours
