IT Infrastructure Manager
The Trevor Project
• Develop and implement best-in-class policies and documentation for supporting the Trevor IT & Security platforms • Ensure the secure handling and protection of highly confidential and sensitive data across IT systems and infrastructure • Define requirements for and conduct regular security and performance audits on networks, endpoints, and cloud/SaaS services in alignment with industry best practices • Monitor and report on IT&S Infrastructure Team volume, bandwidth, and survey metrics • Identify and act on opportunities to improve software platforms, security systems, and other aspects of IT Infrastructure • Create, maintain, and regularly test the organization's disaster recovery plan • Proactively track and mitigate cybersecurity threats and manage the organization’s cybersecurity training program • Support the Technology Support Manager in developing content, training, or documentation to help proactively prevent recurring Infrastructure issues that impact staff • Act as an escalation point for advanced issues involving IT Infrastructure systems and platforms • Monitor the performance of the IT&S Infrastructure Team with a focus on support and professional development through the use of weekly 1:1 meetings, individual development plans, and other appropriate tools • Contribute to and facilitate the continuous improvement of the IT & Security Knowledgebase • Participate in the development of the verticals budget, workforce plan, strategic plan, and other processes as requested • Demonstrate fair, ethical, and equitable business practices • Handle sensitive and confidential matters with the utmost discretion and integrity • Learn eagerly, share knowledge appropriately, and improve continuously • Demonstrate successful planning and problem-solving skills, including multitasking and working well within tight timelines • Work, communicate, and collaborate effectively with others • Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in all work • Demonstrate a commitment to fostering and maintaining an environment of belonging • Organize and report on the Infrastructure teams projects and tasks to the Director of IT & S. • Other relevant duties and responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements
- 3 or more years of combined education, work, and/or certification experience with demonstrated expertise in IT and Security planning, implementation, and maintenance.
- 2 or more years of experience in Information Technology Management.

• Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including (but not limited to): Revenue Performance goals in marketing sales and event attendance sales. • Create and maintain robust Partner Briefs for each global and regional account in conjunction with Global Partner Briefs. • Enter Sales Activities in CRM for global visibility (notes, emails, meetings, calls, tasks). • Implement, with partners, action plans for growth and engagement with Virtuoso to measure and achieve KPI’s. • Work within the assigned budget to achieve strategic objectives. • Collaborative and strategic business planning with partners to develop growth and profitability plans that introduce increased sales of Virtuoso products, services and events, tailored to fit the partner's goals. • Educate, advocate for, and train partners on relevant Virtuoso products, services and events to increase engagement and preferred partner penetration and sales. • Maintain and monitor the health of the existing partner portfolio, flag any and all concerns to Directors in a timely manner. • Manage and grow strong partner relationships, focusing on achieving shared strategic goals with both global and regional preferred partners. • Increase travel partner sales and engagement. • Engage partners who may currently not be engaged with Virtuoso (regular analysis of Tableau reports). • Represent Virtuoso at industry trade shows, conferences & meetings as required. • Assist in Event Management; registrations, waitlists and partner priorities.
