• Support Suade's Account Executive team to build and close our sales pipeline. • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails. • Set up meetings or calls between prospects and Suade's AEs. • Research and prospect clients in new regions. • Meticulously record all sales activity in our CRM, to enable data-driven decision making. • Stay up-to-date with trends in our industry.

• Lead end-to-end delivery for complex regulatory reporting programmes. • Manage senior client stakeholders with confidence and clarity. • Anticipate and resolve risks, issues and dependencies across cross-functional teams. • Co-ordinate and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, to include engineering, ensuring consistent delivery quality. • Drive improvements to delivery methodology and contribute to shaping product direction. • Provide structured coaching and leadership to members of the delivery team.

• Suade Labs delivers intelligent, data-driven and scalable SaaS solutions across the financial industry. • We are hiring Delivery Managers at multiple levels (Junior, Associate and Senior) to join our Strategic Accounts team. • Each role carries responsibility for implementing our regulatory reporting solutions for multi-jurisdictional financial clients. • Delivery Managers at Suade are at the heart of how we deliver value to clients. • You will work at the intersection of regulatory expertise, project delivery and client relationship management. • The complexity of the engagements you lead and the seniority of the stakeholders you manage will grow accordingly.

• As part of the RegTech Engineering team, you will use your financial expertise and coding knowledge to lead the architecture, development and expansion of our regulatory portfolio. • You will work closely with our Project Managers and Business Analyst and you will build upon your past-experience to: • Contribute to the delivery of our product roadmap using the best technology existing in the regulatory space. You will collaborate with other engineers who are as passionate as you are at stopping the next financial crisis. • Grow your coding and regulatory skills and become responsible for part of our portfolio, becoming the internal reference within the team. • Contribute with new ideas to the architecture of the platform, and see some of those ideas implemented. • Understand the main problems what we solving with our product. Listen to client calls and participate on internal reviews and design sessions to keep our product up to date.

• Manage delivery across multiple implementation workstreams, ensuring alignment to scope and timelines. • Engage directly with client stakeholders, providing clear and structured updates. • Work autonomously to manage risks, issues and interdependencies. • Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, to include engineering, to maintain momentum and deliver quality outcomes. • Contribute to refining delivery methodology and improving internal processes. • Provide informal guidance to junior delivery team members.
