• Develop and execute regional sales strategies that expand LAWO’s market presence and deliver measurable revenue growth. • Manage and grow key accounts through structured plans that deepen relationships and maximize value. • Strengthen channel partnerships through joint go-to-market initiatives, training, pipeline development, and strategic support to accelerate mutual success. • Identify and capture opportunities in emerging verticals and high-growth markets by leveraging industry trends and competitive insights to inform strategy. • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions and ensure customer success. • Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations that showcase Lawo’s IP-based solutions. • Represent LAWO at trade shows, conferences, and customer events as a trusted technology partner. • Provide accurate forecasts, pipeline updates, and actionable insights to senior management. • Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to inform strategy and uncover growth opportunities. • Travel as required to meet objectives.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in broadcast media or related technology sectors with a proven record of exceeding targets.
- Proven ability to manage and grow key accounts while securing new customers to expand market presence.
- Experience working with major station groups, networks, and channel partners is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of IP-based workflows, network, control, audio, and video technology.
- Skilled in CRM, forecasting, and data-driven pipeline management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with experience in engaging C-level and engineering stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to travel nationally and internationally.
