Contracts and Compliance Coordinator

CCS Fundraising

• Draft, review, and process professional service agreements and amendments in coordination with executives and Corporate Legal. • Maintain regular and frequent communication with clients and selling executives throughout the contract negotiation process. • Manage routing and signature processes via Adobe Sign. • Maintain accurate and organized records of all contracts, extensions, and supporting documents. • Track and lead Fundraising Counsel Registration Renewals in coordination with CCS’s third-party vendor. • Prepare biweekly reports and gather contract data sheets for submission.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of prior experience serving as a project manager, paralegal, operations coordinator, contracts or database manager, or in a similar role
  • Proficient with MS Word, Outlook, Teams, and Zoom
  • Ability to become familiar with firm-wide specific programs and software
  • Experience with NetSuite/Oracle and/or Ironclad is a plus
  • Exceptional analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • High attention to detail, deadline-oriented and extremely well-organized
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
