• Lead Generation: Utilize a combination of manual and automated outreach to generate new logo leads. • Crafting Outreach Content: Write compelling, personalized emails, LinkedIn messages, or other outreach forms that grab a potential client's attention and make them eager to learn more. • Data Handling: Work with prospect data tools to build, maintain, and groom lists of potential leads. • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest SaaS and enterprise software trends to better identify and pitch to potential clients. • Feedback Loop: Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and share insights from client interactions. • Training and Mentorship: Bring new ideas and strategies to the table and be willing to guide others in mastering them.
Job Requirements
- Proven Experience: At least 5 years of experience as an SDR or a related role in the software/tech services industry.
- Tool Mastery: Proficient with SDR tools and platforms. Familiarity with tools like outbound tools, CRMs, and prospect data platforms is a requirement.
- Copywriting Skills: Proven track record of creating captivating and effective sales messaging.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to use data to guide strategies and decisions.
- Self-Starter: Ability to jump in without needing hand-holding, with a hunger to learn and grow.
- Growth Hacker Mindset: Always looking for innovative ways to increase leads and conversions.
