• Manage all technical aspects of the life cycle development of NPR RAD’s archive, taxonomy and music production products; carry out the gathering, analysis, and development of specifications and requirements as provided by product owners • Work closely and communicate effectively with RAD product owners and team, thoroughly developing an understanding of how best to work with each of us • Establish and maintain effective professional relationships and communication with other NPR technologists and external vendors • Identify and act on ways to improve and align RAD products with other NPR products and services • Keep current with technological developments and incorporate new knowledge as appropriate • Write and regularly update documentation to make workflows and outcomes visible

• Develop and maintain DeFi web applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript • Implement Web3 integrations with Wagmi v2, RainbowKit, and wallet connection flows • Build and optimize backend APIs and services in TypeScript (Node.js) and Python • Write and maintain Subgraphs (The Graph) to index on-chain data for frontend consumption • Design responsive, performant UIs that handle real-time blockchain data • Build data collection and analytics pipelines (event tracking, dashboards, and data QA) to support marketing and growth data requests • Collaborate with protocol engineers to surface contract interactions through clean UX

• Execute routine maintenance tasks, including patching, minor upgrades, and following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for server builds and decommissioning. • Serve as the initial point of contact for Level 1-2 incidents within the ticketing system. • Troubleshoot user access, basic file permissions, and resolve simple system failures, escalating complex issues efficiently. • Utilize basic Bash or Python scripting skills to read, test, and execute existing automation scripts designed to improve daily workflows. • Apply your understanding of basic networking concepts (IP addressing, DNS lookups) to assist with server connectivity troubleshooting. • Maintain accurate system records and assist senior engineers in updating technical documentation and service data sheets.

• Provide expert, hands-on administration for production servers (RHEL/Ubuntu), focusing on Kernel tuning, deep boot processes, and performance optimization to ensure maximum uptime. • Design, code, and test robust Bash or Python scripts from scratch to automate routine operational tasks, significantly reducing manual intervention and improving service consistency. • Lead the technical investigation for operational failures, driving the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process and implementing verifiable, long-term fixes. • Take ownership of complex administration tasks related to DNS (Authoritative/Recursive), Routing, and enterprise Mail services (Postfix, Dovecot). • Actively participate in peer-reviewing changes (Change Enablement) and provide technical guidance and training to Associate Engineers.
