Acuity Brands is seeking Cloud Infrastructure Engineers with SRE/DevOps experience to join our Infrastructure Engineering team. Key Responsibilities - As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and scalability of our IT infrastructure and cloud applications. - Collaborating with engineering teams to characterize, measure, and monitor end-to-end service operations. - Performing proactive service maintenance, problem diagnosis, and incident management. - Leading incident resolution efforts and postmortems. - Designing and implementing monitoring and automation tools. Minimum Requirements - Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell or Shell. - Expertise in Infrastructure as Code systems like Puppet, Chef, Ansible, or Terraform. - A system operations mindset focused on maintaining uptime and addressing disruptions. - Active Directory/Domain management experience - Strong collaboration skills to work with other engineering teams. - Experience with programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, C++, or Go. - Familiarity with monitoring systems such as SolarWinds, PRTG, Azure. - Experience with web networking, TLS, reverse proxies, and load balancing. - Extensive troubleshooting and security experience with Linux and Windows systems. - Excellent written communication skills.
