Interns will have weekly touch-bases with the Internship Team and meet virtually with executives from around the organization. The goal of the program is to provide interns with the opportunity to connect, network, and grow as they work on department-specific projects. The experience is designed to enhance the skills and abilities of young professionals and identify future talent for our organization.   ACG is making a large investment in AI in 2026 and is building the internal infrastructure needed to turn that investment into real workforce impact. A critical component of that effort is the AI Champion Network—a volunteer peer-to-peer network designed to help employees across the organization adopt AI tools effectively, responsibly, and in ways that fit their day-to-day work. In this position with the AAA ACG People & Experience Strategy Team, you will:  - Work directly with the People & Experience Strategy team to design, launch, and operationalize the AI Champion Network from the ground up - Contribute to enterprise transformation and strengthen your program management and change enablement skills A DAY IN THE LIFE of an AI Champion Network Intern  ACG is seeking a motivated student to join our team as an AI Champion Network Intern who will work with a small team to co-create program frameworks, toolkits, onboarding materials, and use-case resources that help employees adopt AI effectively and responsibly. The work requires organizational thinking, strong communication, and the ability to turn ambiguous ideas into structured, usable deliverables. The program will run from May 18th to August 7th, 2026.  Work Environment   This position is currently able to work remotely from a home office location for day-to-day operations unless occasional travel for meetings, collaborative activities, or team building activities is specified by leadership.
