Job Description

Physical Therapist

CarePath Injury Centers

• Clinical Oversight & Plans of Care • Create, review, and sign Plans of Care in EHR system • Ensure treatment plans align with diagnosis, goals, and visit frequency • Review PTA treatment documentation regularly and provide clinical guidance • Update Plans of Care as patient status changes • Conduct in-person onboarding and training for new PTAs at clinic locations • Provide ongoing remote supervision via scheduled virtual meetings • Offer clinical feedback, mentorship, and skill development • Ensure PTAs are practicing within scope and CarePath standards • Maintain audit-ready documentation in RXNT • Schedule & Travel Expectations: Periodic regional travel required for training and oversight

Job Requirements

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience (outpatient, ortho, or injury care preferred)
  • Experience supervising PTAs strongly preferred
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally
  • Medical-legal, PI, or WC experience is a plus but not required.
