Responsibilities - Discussing and reviewing patients' medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications. - Prescribing medications, controlled substances, and various diagnostic tests to aid in providing accurate diagnoses. - Asking patients situation-specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses. - Formulating suitable treatment plans to address conditions such as ADHD, Insomnia, Depression & Anxiety. - Prescribing suitable medications to patients and providing proper dosage and administration instructions. - Maintaining accurate records of patient's contact details, medical history, prescribed medications, allergies, diagnoses, and progress. • Advise and support medical staff in the operation of the Affera navigation system • Assist in organizing and delivering training and continuing education events • Perform software and hardware installations within the region • Update and document activities in our CRM tool

• Conduct developmental assessments, provide physical therapy/occupational therapy/speech therapy services utilizing the Parent Coaching Model (Rush & Sheldon) • Follow each childs Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) and work with the family to develop strategies to help each child reach their specific developmental goals • Utilize the family-centered parent coaching approach to build caregivers confidence and skills and to ensure that progress is generalized • Provide services in the childs natural environment, in families homes, daycare centers and/or other community settings; virtual services also currently available • Provide re-assessments and write progress reports (typically bi-annual) • Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families (in accordance with HIPAA and/or State/Federal regulations)
