SENIOR ANALYST – DATA INSIGHTS AEO Employment Services Co LLC seeks a Senior Analyst – Data Insights. This is a remote position, the employee can work from anywhere in the United States to drive retail and e-commerce insights. Duties include: (i) deep analysis of consumer behavior including website traffic, conversion rates and out of stock analysis (ii) analysis of product recommendation engines and impact on purchases (iii) acquisition analysis including MTA (multi–touch attribution), MMM (marketing mix modeling), last touch attribution and other analysis to inform spending mix across channels and products (iv) supply chain visualizations for network efficiency and RFID tracking technology and (v) maintain tracking and tagging of all products in retail and ecommerce catalog. This is a fully remote position, and the employee can work from anywhere in the United States. Must have a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field plus four (4) years of experience in a related position. Experience must include four (4) years of experience with: (i) Creating database layers for business intelligence standardization using GCP or AWS cloud platforms; (ii) Tableau desktop to create dashboards for data visualizations, time series analysis, deployment of rich graphic visualizations with drill down and drop down menu option and parameters; (iii) Tableau Server to oversee and maintain the overall health and performance of a Tableau Server environment including managing user access, ensuring data security, configuring sites, handling content management and monitoring server performance; (iv) Cognos for Ad-Hoc and developed reports that are scheduled, triggered & distributed using relational and dimensional report models in various formats - HTML, XML, Excel, PDF. Experience with Dynamic cubes and PowerPlay cubes as well as Dimensionally Modeled Relational Framework Manager Models and the ability to migrate these reports and dashboards to Tableau; and (v) Advanced SQL including complex joins and subqueries, window functions and Common Table Expressions (CTEs) for effective query organization, query optimization and performance tuning.
