Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of documented success
  • 3–5+ years in a leadership role
  • Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designations preferred
  • Deep knowledge of GAAP and revenue recognition (ASC 606)
  • Experience coordinating external audits
  • Proven experience managing receivables, payables, payroll, and general ledger functions
  • Software proficiency, including advanced knowledge of accounting and reporting software
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required

Job Description: The Fractional Controller directs and supports the accounting and financial activities of client companies that do not require a full-time internal accounting department or Chief Financial Officer. This position will be the primary liaison with the external accountants and lead the year-end audit.
