Location: Jamestown, ND (Remote After Training is Completed) Shift: Weekdays, Various Hours Job Schedule: Part Time & Full Time Weekly Hours: 24-40 JOB SUMMARY: The purpose of this job is to provide home-based family-focused early intervention and developmental services to assigned infants and toddlers and their families. The Early Intervention program is provided on a regional basis across the state of North Dakota. QUALIFICATIONS (minimum requirements) Education and/or years’ experience required: - Bachelor’s degree in early education, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Registered Nursing, Social Work, Special Education, or Speech Therapy - Program emphasis on early childhood special needs training or practicum - Active North Dakota licensure in individual discipline or area of study - Valid North Dakota driver’s license - Local travel required Preferred Skills and Abilities: - Master’s degree or Doctorate in required - Prior experience in Early Intervention programming - Prior experience in special education, early childhood development or developmental disabilities Supervision of others/decision making aptitude (if applicable): This position does not have supervisory responsibilities. Role Description We are looking for a full-time licensed psychologist with specialized experience in diagnosing ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The ideal candidate is a skilled and compassionate diagnostician with experience conducting comprehensive autism evaluations, including the use of standardized assessment tools. This role involves: - Completing thorough diagnostic reports - Providing clear and actionable feedback to families - Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team including BCBAs, therapists, and care coordinators Candidates should have a strong understanding of: - Early childhood development - Neurodevelopmental disorders - Culturally responsive assessment practices Experience working with diverse populations and navigating insurance or regional diagnostic requirements is highly preferred.
