Technical Lead

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-performance fintech products. • Define and implement the technical strategy and roadmap in alignment with business objectives. • Provide hands-on technical leadership by actively contributing to coding, code reviews, and system design. • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Ensure engineering best practices are followed, including secure coding, testing, and documentation standards. • Guide architectural decisions to ensure system scalability, reliability, and performance. • Mentor and support engineering team members in their technical and professional growth. • Drive continuous improvement in development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes. • Identify and mitigate technical risks while delivering projects on time and within scope. • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation. • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages learning and growth.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or technical lead role.
  • Proficiency in backend technologies such as Java, Kotlin, and frontend frameworks like React and TypeScript.
  • Strong experience designing and building microservices-based systems and scalable cloud solutions.
  • Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and development best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (Git), and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Security-oriented mindset with knowledge of secure coding practices.
  • Proven ability to mentor and grow engineering talent.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and leading cross-functional teams.
