Senior Account Executive
Antithesis
• Run complex enterprise sales cycles end-to-end, from prospecting through close. • Own and proactively manage your book of business with a high degree of accountability. • Engage senior engineers, engineering leaders, and executives in technical and business-focused sales conversations. • Help define and refine Antithesis’s customer qualification criteria and sales process as the company scales. • Represent the voice of the customer in product discussions with engineering and product teams. • Drive successful customer adoption by clearly articulating value, ROI, and integration considerations. • Mentor new Account Executives and contribute to a strong, collaborative sales culture. • Partner with marketing to refine messaging and sales materials based on market feedback.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales
- Direct experience selling developer tools or similarly technical products
- Demonstrate a consistent track record of exceeding quota
- Strong technical acumen and communication with technical and executive stakeholders
- Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving processes
- Prior experience in Sales Engineering or technical product demonstrations (preferred)

• Act as subject matter expert in our solution (IWMS, PropTech, ReTech highly preferred) • Work alongside Sales Engineers to facilitate and enhance our demos • Lead structured discovery conversations to uncover strategic, financial, and operational issues • Align Tango’s platform to clearly defined customer outcomes • Executive-level credibility in customer conversations • Develop compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI, risk reduction, and enterprise value • Own the sales cycle: qualification → proposal → negotiation → close • Mentor more Jr-level Sales Reps • Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene, deal stages, and forecasting in Salesforce
