Business Development Representative
Synera
• Focus on growing and expanding our existing customer base. • Work closely with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell. • Learn how customers use Synera today and Spot areas for additional automation or AI agents. • Build and manage an expansion pipeline, from opportunity identification to deal support and close. • Share insights from customer conversations with Product and GTM teams to help shape future features and positioning.
Job Requirements

- Solid and proven experience in outbound activities in B2B SaaS environment.
- Showcase your track record with convincing results (e.g. overachieving quota for multiple quarters).
- Able to pitch complex technical solutions (bonus if you have experience in AI, CAD, CAE, or engineering automation).
- Handle rejections and iterate quickly, resilient with a growth mindset.
- Know CRM systems, cold outreach tools, and LinkedIn prospecting (e.g. Salesforce, Clay, Sales Navigator, Aircall).

• Creates and executes territory plans that demonstrate a clear understanding of territory with effective travel plans.
