About the role We are seeking a VP of Product to fully own, define, build, and scale all of our products and services across the enterprise, including software and services designed for early-stage drug discovery. This role owns product strategy and execution end-to-end from vision and roadmap through launch, iteration, and long-term platform evolution. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, AI/ML, scientists, drug discovery experts, and commercial teams to translate complex scientific workflows into an intuitive, scalable, and high-impact platform for biotech and pharmaceutical customers. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-moving startup environment. Job Requirements
- 7 - 10+ years of product management experience.
- 3+ years of experience as Lead/Manager/VP.
- Experience building B2B or enterprise SaaS products.
- Experience launching products from early discovery through post-launch iteration.
- Strong understanding of early-stage drug discovery, including the market, user needs, and the processes.
- Experience building products for highly technical or analytical users.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
- Ability to drive clarity in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments.

- Product Strategy & Vision
- Own and define the product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for our core platform.
- Shape the long-term direction of the platform in bioinformatics, AI-driven workflows, and drug discovery tooling.
- Define and monitor key product and business success metrics.
- Translate customer needs into scalable platform capabilities.
- Customer & Market Leadership
- Engage regularly with customers (biotech, pharma, academia, government) to deeply understand workflows and unmet needs.
- Identify opportunities for differentiation and competitive advantage.

- Lead product development for all products from ideation to launch (zero to one) and post-launch iteration.
