• Has both technical and project management oversight of one or more projects • Provides direction and specific technical domain leadership and support in Health Informatics projects supporting our Federal Clients • Creates the project schedules, creates PERT and GANT charts for the period of performance, designs work breakdown structure and work packages. • Leads the team’s activities for successful project execution and timely deliverables. • Delegates work assignments to team members; monitors individual member’s productivity and collaborates with other Project Managers, Task Order members • Reports details of issues and risks to department ISO lead for entry into ISO database • Performs root cause analyses of problems • Mentors and coaches team members in their specific technical domain • Guides team through technical issues and challenges • Analyzes existing processes to see how improvements can be made • Coordinates production of high-quality monthly deliverables in a fast-paced environment

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager within Engineering to support key agency relationships through technical execution and cross-functional coordination. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, data, and external stakeholders, and is responsible for driving clarity, accountability, and execution across a high volume of agency-driven technical initiatives. This role does not own product strategy or roadmap decisions. Instead, it ensures the right conversations happen, decisions stick, and commitments are tracked and delivered, while reducing reactive load on technical program managers, engineering leaders and executives. • Join our implementation team as an Engineering Project Manager to drive delivery of utility scale SCADA systems • Coordinate with design teams, software engineers, contractors, regulators, and clients to manage a portfolio of large scale projects • Develop and manage all aspects of a project including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and delivery team • Engage with internal and external stakeholders in the development of a project plan • Manage communication regarding project status, risks/issues, and solutions • Actively manage multiple concurrent projects and resources • Create change orders for additional or out-of-scope work • Track and report on project portfolio performance • Support business development activities such as reviewing pricing estimates and project scope

• Owns the delivery timeline, stakeholder communication, risk management, and resource coordination • Runs the engagement cadence — daily standups, weekly status reports, milestone reviews • Track deliverables against the milestone schedule • Manage the pre-condition checklist for each phase • Maintain the RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) • Produce the weekly status report for the customer project sponsor • Facilitate the bi-weekly steering committee meeting with customer leadership • Run daily standup with the offshore team • Manage on-site logistics — travel arrangements for the on-site Data Scientist • Ensure all deliverables meet the quality bar before customer delivery
