The Software Developer will support the Advanced Space Technology for Range Operations (ASTRO) Phase III program for the Operational Test & Training Infrastructure (OTTI) Integrated Program Office (IPO). OTTI provides a series of capabilities (including space and/or ground nodes) that, when brought together, create unique range environments intended to serve specific test and training requirements. The present effort will deliver a prototype system to be used by Orbital Warfare and Electronic Warfare Range Operators to perform Mission Planning, make Range Safety decisions, and enable Range Instrumentation. This position requires extensive knowledge and experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodologies and servant leadership principles to facilitate agile development teams. As part of a SAFe Agile Scrum Team, the Software Developer will develop and deploy a multi-functional Range Control System that integrates proven software technologies and an intuitive user experience into a secure cloud architecture. The Developer will support teams in delivering secure, compliant, integrated solutions incrementally through iterative development cycles.
