Senior Compensation Manager
OpenLoop
• Own and maintain OpenLoop’s job architecture, including job leveling, job families, and career frameworks. • Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using external compensation surveys and internal data. • Design, document, and maintain salary ranges, pay structures, and progression models. • Partner with People and Finance leaders on compensation philosophy, governance, and decision-making. • Provide hands-on leadership and execution for annual compensation cycles, including merit increases, promotions, bonuses, and equity grants. • Build models, tools, and guidelines to support compensation and equity decision-making. • Support equity program administration, including modeling, grant sizing inputs, execution, and ongoing analysis. • Deliver insights related to pay equity, compliance, and workforce planning. • Support ad hoc compensation and equity analyses as business needs arise.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in compensation-focused roles (e.g., Senior Compensation Manager, Senior Compensation Analyst, People Analytics with compensation ownership, or consulting/advisory roles with hands-on comp design).
- Demonstrated ownership of:
- Job architecture and leveling
- Market pricing and benchmarking
- Pay structure and salary range design
- Annual compensation cycle execution
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/GSheets and compensation modeling experience.
- Experience supporting equity compensation programs and familiarity with equity administration tools.
- Comfort balancing strategic design with hands-on execution in a scaling environment.
- Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or high-growth/scaling organizations is preferred but not required.
- Hands-on experience administering compensation within HRIS platforms (e.g., Rippling, Workday)
- Experience supporting programs across parent and operating company structures, including multiple legal entities, distinct employee populations, and varying program requirements is preferred but not required.

Regional Franchise Manager – Central Germany

• Partner with senior leadership to expand the company’s development pipeline by identifying promising transmission and interconnection opportunities across priority markets and shaping the strategies needed to capture them. • Lead the coordination of transmission analyses carried out internally and through external consultants, including power‑flow, injection, deliverability, and other system studies, and synthesize results into reliable upgrade cost estimates. • Provide a deep, investment‑grade understanding of interconnection frameworks, including study methodologies, technical standards, and contractual requirements across ISOs/RTOs. • Direct the technical activities involved in selecting points of interconnection and preparing complete, accurate interconnection requests for submission to the appropriate grid operators. • Track, interpret, and clearly communicate tariff updates, interconnection process revisions, and policy changes in each target region that may influence project development. • Monitor major transmission expansion plans and network upgrades—both baseline and those triggered by queued generation—and advise on optimal timing for submitting interconnection requests to strategically position the company’s projects. • Maintain up‑to‑date oversight of all interconnection positions across the portfolio, ensuring concise communication of key deadlines, study milestones, upgrade costs, potential exposure, and any risks that require cross‑functional alignment. • Represent the company in interactions with RTOs, ISOs, and utilities, acting as the primary liaison for interconnection‑related discussions and coordination. • Support internal teams in the negotiation of interconnection‑related agreements, providing technical context and strategic recommendations. • Build and manage a network of external consultants, as well as internal systems and databases to organize interconnection processes, study outcomes, cost data, and lessons learned. • Collaborate with the leadership team to strengthen workflows, enhance efficiency, and provide guidance or training to development colleagues who are newer to the transmission and interconnection space.
• Develop budget estimates by performing accurate quantity take offs using plans and specifications, or conceptual information. • Review, interpret and define the scope of assigned work as described in the project documents. • Build up unit costs based on understanding of labor and material rate structures. • Understand local market conditions and solicit feedback where applicable. • Develop and nurture subcontractor/vendor and client relationships. • Prepare and deliver summary analysis for assigned scope of work. • Understand basic contractual arrangements and delivery methods. • Evaluate change orders and peer review of estimates. • Assist with the continuous cost management process. • Develop and implement risk and value management exercises on projects. • Participate in local industry events. • Other duties as assigned.
